Victory Sweepers Joins SolarCure’s Adopt-A-Solar-Panel Program

As seen on websites for AL.com,

MADISON, AL–(Marketwire – Jan 14, 2013) –  Victory Sweepers, the Alabama-based producer of the most innovative line of parking lot, construction area clean-up and street sweepers found in America, today announced its sponsorship participation in SolarCure’s new and unique Adopt-A-Solar-Panel program. A key component of Adopt-A-Solar-Panel is the distribution of online press releases to hundreds of online news portals, which generate SolarCure’s unique concept of Solar Powered SEO™. Solar Powered SEO™ helps any business extend their reach online. In addition to being a leader in street sweeper technology for over thirty five years, its association with the Adopt-A-Solar-Panel program will ensure that Victory Sweepers can be identified as a “green” company and align itself with many qualities associated with green branding. Victory Sweepers’ sponsorship will help provide green energy to a designated area non-profit organization via the utilization of solar panels that would otherwise not be available.

How the Adopt-A-Solar-Panel Program Works
Generous organizations such as Victory Sweepers sponsor a portion of a solar panel through SolarCure’s Adopt-A-Solar-Panel program. The panel is designed and installed for a specific non-profit organization. A designated non-profit organization will use energy generated through solar panels and the money saved through decreased energy bills can be put to better use towards their mission.

The sponsor will also receive nationwide publicity of their sponsorship through SolarCure’s expertly written online press releases. Each press release is enhanced with Solar Powered SEO™, which has been proven to help increase Internet traffic, improve search engine listings and bring other benefits when associated with green branding. Such brands greatly appeal to consumers who are becoming more aware of the need to protect the environment. This unique selling point may additionally boost corporate image and public awareness. SolarCure’s Adopt-a-Solar-Panel Program assists both non-profit organizations and area sponsors in a unique manner designed to create a “win-win-win” situation for those involved — the sponsor, the non-profit, and the environment.

More about Victory Sweepers – An American Family Business
Victory Sweepers was created by Mark R. Schwarze, son of Schwarze Industries, Inc. founder Bob Schwarze. Before he was even old enough to legally drive a car, Mark assisted his father as a helper on his contract sweeping routes in Huntsville and Birmingham, Alabama. Then, once Mark was old enough to get a driver’s license, he became a weekend sweeper operator in the family’s parking lot sweeping business. After completing high school, Mark went to work for his dad’s sweeping manufacturing company full time, although Bob Sr. would have preferred he complete a college education instead. He started his sweeping career at the very bottom of the company ladder — washing sweepers! Through sheer hard work and determination, Mark worked his way up through the sweeper company’s ranks. Seven years later, when Mark took over the company’s day-to-day operations as vice-president, he’d had first-hand experience in virtually every hands-on job in the organization, from manual tasks such as painting and welding to essential business building tasks such as sale and marketing.

Eventually Bob Schwarze decided to make his own parking lot sweeper, primarily because he couldn’t buy a commercially-built sweeper that worked as well as his standards demanded. Once the industry as a whole discovered how well his new air sweepers worked, Bob made the transition from full-time sweeping to building parking lot sweepers full time. Over the next 15 years, driven by great customer service and the philosophy of “keep our product simple and make it work great,” Mark elevated the company to the leading position in the parking lot sweeping industry. At one point, the Schwarze family firm had in excess of 60% market share in that industry segment, a number that has been confirmed by a competitor’s survey. After earning the position of company president, Mark expanded the family sweeper firm to include making regenerative air and mechanical broom street sweeping machines, and developed an almost worldwide sales network. By 1999, Schwarze Industries, Inc. had become an American sweeper company with over $35 million in annual sales and was one of the top three sweeper manufacturers in the U.S. marketplace. Schwarze Industries, Inc. was eventually sold to Alamo Group, Inc., but after years being removed from the industry, a new company was born — Victory Sweepers!

Just like its sweeper predecessor, Victory Sweepers’ foundation was built upon many concepts associated with the American Dream — hard work, innovation, faith and family values. Their products are also proudly made in America. By adopting a solar panel, Victory Sweepers has also illustrated their commitment to creating a better environment.
